At MXDKID, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: During high-demand periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Select international countries (check availability at checkout)

If we do not currently ship to your country, please contact us — we may be able to make special arrangements.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, MXDKID is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., weather, strikes, customs)

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Global events or supply chain disruptions

If you experience an unusual delay, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos (if applicable)

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund as needed

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@mxdkid.com. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.
