Refund Policy

At MXDKID, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns for refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Final sale items, gift cards, and limited edition collaborations are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To start a return, please contact our support team:

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

  • Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MXDKID is not responsible for lost or unreceived returns.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by issuing a refund or sending a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
